SERVER POSITION SUMMARY:

Servers are in charge and responsible for the control of several tables and all necessary side work, while maximizing the prompt efficiency of food & beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction according to Shin-Sen-Gumi standards. A friendly, positive, and courteous attitude toward customers is necessary.

KITCHEN POSITION SUMMARY:

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for performing any combination of duties that would maintain the kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. The common task of the kitchen staff involves actual cooking and food preparation.
