What You Will Get To Do: Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Communicate organizational messages from upper management to the team and vice versa; ensure understanding and commitment towards organizational and division goals. Complete regular one on one performance discussions and annual reviews. Work closely with other supervisors and managers to prepare for client meetings and other activities to ensure client satisfaction. Motivate employees and create solutions to increase employee morale and satisfaction. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures; undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises. Understands daily shareholder/participant requests and knows what is needed in order to complete those requests/inquiries. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred. Working knowledge of financial services industry preferred. Thorough knowledge of transfer agency operations policies, procedures and legals. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills. Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching and employee development. Computer proficiency in multi window environment; experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
