As our Wellness Nurse, you will provide compassionate and quality service to our residents. This includes ensuring physician orders are carried out, administering and charting medications, and supervision of our resident care team. If you take pride in providing exceptional care and are passionate about working with seniors, we hope you’ll consider joining us!

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; 1 year of geriatric nursing preferred.
• Active LPN or RN license in Oregon State
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
