WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Reports to: Director FoodService Operations Manager
Responsibilities

• Execute and delegate daily warehouse duties under the direction of the Management Team.
• Supervise Warehouse Associates and assist with any calls that come through.
• Work with Food & Beverage locations to ensure they are properly stocked and fill daily rec orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow established control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies and assist in maintaining this supply system.
• Assist in receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment in large, centralized warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving/decision-making skills combined with the ability to be organized.
• Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate is a team player, personable, professional, upbeat energetic, and takes initiative.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and performing all functions as set forth above.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Previous Experience

• Warehouse/stock room leadership experience preferred.
• All educational backgrounds are eligible.
