We do all we can to further the mission of our partners because their guests and the communities they serve, deserve it.Position Title: Systems Administrator (HR Technology Focus) Reports to: Director of HRIS and People Analytics and Vice President of People OperationsJob Summary:Join our People Department as a Systems Administrator and play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR technology infrastructure. Focus areas include Ceridian Dayforce HCM, Learning Management Systems, Scheduling Platforms, and People Analytics. You'll be the key player in optimizing and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR tech stack. Your mission will involve close collaboration with various teams to comprehend business needs and apply your tech savvy to foster system efficiencies and innovations. While this position is based in Denver, CO, at our Headquarters, we prefer a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work in-office two days a week, and we are also open to remote candidates. Key Responsibilities:System Administration: Oversee the administration of Ceridian Dayforce HCM, LMS, Scheduling Platform, and People Analytics. Tailor HR systems to meet organizational objectives and best practices. Guarantee the precision, integrity, and security of data across our HR tech ecosystem.Process Optimization: Pinpoint and enact enhancements and automations within HR processes. Work alongside stakeholders to convert business requirements into system upgrades or new functionalities.Integration Management: Manage the integration of different HR systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality. Address any integration challenges, coordinating with both external vendors and internal IT team.User Training and Support: Lead training initiatives to boost system proficiency among end-users. Offer continuous support to HR and other departments, resolving any system-related concerns.System Upgrades and Enhancements: Keep up-to-date of the latest updates and features in HR technologies. Strategically plan and implement system updates, liaising with vendors and our IT department.Data Analysis and Reporting: Produce and scrutinize reports from HR systems to aid data-informed decisions. Forge and execute strategies for people analytics in collaboration with relevant parties.Compliance and Security: Certify compliance of HR systems with data protection laws and organizational security policies. Monitor and mitigate any security threats or vulnerabilities within the HR tech framework.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology (preferred), Computer Science, Human Resources, or related fields.Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing HR technology solutions, particularly Ceridian Dayforce HCM.Proficiency in JIRA and experience in integrating and managing HR technology projects within this framework.Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Knowledgeable about Learning Management Systems, Scheduling Platforms, and People Analytics tools.Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.Up to date with HR technology trends and best practices.
