CareerLevel: Experienced. All candidates must know how to interpretblueprints and be able to use inspection tools such as micrometer and caliper.

Salary:$15 - $18/hr

Asa CNC Associate, your primary responsibility will be to perform finishing taskson various types of metal products. You will utilize hand tools and powerequipment to grind, glass bead, brush finish, and polish aerospace components.This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and strictadherence to safety protocols. 

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations,including grinding, glass beading, brush finishing, and polishing, on aerospacemetal products.
• Ensure that the final productsmeet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all OSHA safety rules andprocedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Interpret and read technicaldrawings and blueprints to understand finishing requirements.
• Utilize precision measurementtools such as calipers and micrometers to verify the accuracy of finished products.
• Collaborate effectively within ateam environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Prior experience in metalfinishing is a plus, but we are willing to provide training to candidates whodemonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
