Town & Country is a busy 282 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with a compassionate and dedicated nursing team and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team. We see a wide variety of cognitive, dietary and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.
We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated staff. We seek an SLP who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient center clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients. We are happy to provide CF supervision!!

Requirements of the job:
· Valid state license
· Completion of accredited therapy program
· Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
