Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian with a strong background in Long-Term Care (LTC)? We are exploring the possibility of expanding our team for the right candidate to support our Regional Dietitian team, to join us in delivering exceptional clinical care and nutritional services.

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s) as a Registered Dietitian. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely clinical nutrition documentation to meet corporate & government regulations/standards.

• Assist in supervising the overall operation of our dietary service in assigned buildings

• Manage the development and implementation plan for nutrition intervention in accordance with the Nutrition Care Process.

• Assist in orienting and training newly hired Dietary Managers

• Collaborate with medical staff and food and nutrition services staff to ensure conformance to prescribed nutrition care orders.

• Provide education to ensure facility compliance with food safety, food department regulations and corporate processes.
