Aurora Health & Rehabilitation Suites is a busy 116-bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with an amazing in-house therapy team. We are currently scouting for a full-time or part-time OTA to join our dedicated caregivers. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short-term rehab patients and long-term care residents. As part of a small but growing healthcare organization, we offer local leadership, facility-level decision-making, and many opportunities for career growth with our expanding organization. We utilize ACP modalities and have invested in ACP University so our therapists have paid CEUs! Join us and help us make positive changes for our patients and residents!

Qualifications: 

• Have a valid therapy license
• Long-term care experience is preferred but, welcome other clinical backgrounds 

Requirements of the job:

• Valid state license
• Completion of accredited therapy program
• Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
