SRS, LLC is a national network of clinical specialists that perform substance abuse evaluations. Behavioral Health Specialist acts as a liaison between the employee and any multidisciplinary treatment teams, the employer and offsite clinicians.

Responsibilities and Requirements for this position include:

• Provide telephonic support that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
• Manage case assignments, review service plans and case progress
• Help employees achieve return-to-duty status
• Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc.)
• Help employees by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
• Develop effective working relationships and cooperate with support team
• Telephonically interact with employees to keep track of their progress to assure compliance
• Enter case information, review accuracy of all necessary documents and track statistical data for reporting
• Maintain professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations
• Previous behavioral health experience, preferably in the substance abuse field
• Effective communication skills are needed
• Excellent organization and time management skills are required
• Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task is necessary
• Compassion and a team-player attitude is essential
• Minimum AA degree in related behavioral health field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
