Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a team player, motivating Sales Support Rep!

The Sales Support Representative will support the Territory Managers with administrative tasks, communicate with field support teams, (purchasing, inventory, grids, pricing, credit/bectran, Heritage plus). The Sales Support Representatives must be mindful of their reputation - this includes work ethic, willingness to volunteer, go above and beyond, and working with others. Sales Support Representative are expected to maintain alignment with the organization and its initiatives.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, Territory Managers and Branch Managers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales budget.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Skills & Education

• Proven work experience as a Territory Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including regional leadership.
• Solid experience with Agility and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience

• 3 years of experience in landscape wholesale distribution sales
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Agility
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
