* Ability to work 10 hours of weekly overtime
* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Responsibilities: * Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.
* Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems.
* Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders.
* Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation.
* Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.
* Confirming of parts reclamation from discrepancy forms and scrap content. * Processing discrepancies for assemblers and program kits with new parts from stock, SMT, or particular cells for replacement of CCA's.
* Assist SMT Line, Component Prep, Program cells, and Special Build with parts and material for replacement. * Track inventory, work orders, production runs, quality and engineering changes through Solumina and SAP. * Perform adequate research and workflow knowledge to ensure kits, discrepancies, and production runs are fulfilled and satisfied through processes, documented procedures, and work instructions.
