SR1 Equipment is Maine's fastest growing heavy equipment dealer. We proudly sell and service XCMG brand equipment. XCMG is the third largest manufacturer of heavy equipment in the world behind Caterpillar and Komatsu.
We are looking for somebody to represent our company to the highest standards and take exceptional care of our customers before and after the sale.
Duties will consist of but not be limited to:
- Building relationships with anybody who could be a prospective XCMG customer.
- Selling machines
- Driving rental business to our sister company, Maine Equipment Rentals
- Performing demos
- Delivering machines
- Product support (helping address and coordinate field repairs as needed - this could consist of going out to evaluate a machine failure to see if it is going to be covered under warranty.
- Working shows/fairs/special events
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all safety protocols when using company truck and trailer(s).
- Keep company truck and trailer(s) clean and well maintained
- Represent SR1 Equipment, Maine Equipment Rentals, and all other SR1 Companies subsidiaries professionally and positively. Advocate and promote business across other departments while interacting with existing and prospective customers.
Pay is based on skills and experience.
