Manage and provide the on-site leadership for the overall construction project, ensuring that the project is constructed per the project documents and in line with the owner’s expectations. When possible, assist in the upfront project planning, assist with project budget and be a strong communicator for the team. Assist with project schedule development, review design documents and assist in development of bid packages. During construction, work with the other construction team members to manage the construction phase, with overall responsibility of the project site. Run and attend meetings, process submittals, utilize standard project management and change management controls. Ensuring safety and quality are maintained throughout the construction phase will be of the upmost importance. Closeout the project and throughout the entire process, make sure the client is satisfied with the individuals and companies’ performance.
