JOB SUMMARY:

Accountable to assist in the efficient and courteous rooming of guests with complete information on area services.

FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist guest with luggage and special requests.
• Promptly and efficiently attend to the baggage needs of tour groups.
• Deliver special rooms requests items, such as Rollaways, Refrigerators, Blankets, Pillows, etc.
• Assist Lodge attendant team in maintaining and upholding a clean, neat appearance of the lobby and public areas of the Resort.
• Remain in the lobby area to assist the traffic flow, help Front Office and anticipate the need for additional guest consideration without specifically being asked to do so.
• Maintain a Can Do attitude at all times towards our guests as well as other Team Members.
• Perform other duties assigned.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to pull, push and lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to twist, stand and walk for long periods of time

• High School graduate or the equivalent
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally or in writing
• Excellent customer service
