Position Overview:

Squier's Specialty Elixirs is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events, dispensaries, and promotional activities. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating awareness, educating consumers and bud tenders about our products, and building lasting relationships with our target audience. This position will be Friday and Saturday with Thursdays available to pickup as well. We will schedule events around your availability those days as well as various industry events that are planned. This can also develop into a full time position as well.

Responsibilities

• Attend promotional events, trade shows, and cannabis industry gatherings to represent Squier's Specialty Edibles.
• Engage with consumers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions and providing information about our products.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brand and their unique qualities.
• Distribute promotional materials and samples to potential customers.
• Create a positive and memorable brand experience for event attendees.
• Make non-infused drink samples at events and pop ups.
• Collect and report consumer feedback to the marketing team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold legal and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Educate consumers on responsible cannabis consumption and the importance of compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and a genuine interest in cannabis-infused products.
• Passion for food and quality ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Reliable transportation to attend events and promotional activities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Compensation:

• W9 contracted hourly wage depending on experience.
• Potential for bonuses and incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
