With offices located in Orem UT, Logan UT, and Rexburg ID, we are growing at a healthy and rapid pace. We are looking to add a talented Ops position at our 2nd biggest office located in Rexburg Idaho.

The new Site Director/Operations Manager for our office located in Rexburg, Idaho will be a crucial hire for us as we continue to grow our office there. With over 1/3 of our staff located in Rexburg, this Site Director/Operations Manager will fill a key role for us by leading, coaching, and building the success that has been established in Rexburg.

Role / Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for the Rexburg, Idaho site, and for assigned teams that support our Client's campaigns
• Ability to lead and direct the efforts of 6 Team Leaders, and as many as 85-115 agents who report to assigned TLs
• Manage the day-to-day overall performance and production of assigned campaigns
• Develop, mentor, and support team members as needed to maximize performance
• Exude Squeeze core values and proactively seek ways to continually improve results
• Measure and analyze reports/results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, to understand trends in order to identify needed areas of improvement.
• Work closely with IT and others to manage Five9 dialer, making adjustments as needed
• Oversee all aspects of agent performance management for assigned campaigns, inclusive of motivation initiatives, spiffs, other incentives, and quality assurance requirements
• Assist with the implementation of new client campaigns
• Assist team leads with the training of new employees when needed
• Support other departments in various improvement initiatives (QA, WFM, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Operations Management role with a track record of exceptional performance
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, and a recognition of the importance of and an ability to coach and develop employees
• Ability to work Full-time (40 hrs/week) in the Rexburg Idaho office
• Self-starter who has the ability to create energy and motivation within a team
• Ability to work independently, and proactively problem-solve as needed
• Occasional travel may be required
• Ability to be trusted with confidential information and to use discretion as needed
• Proficient or ability to become Proficient with programs/technology that is required to do the job (MS Office, GSuite, Five9, WIW, etc.)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
