```Job Overview```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows for both residential and commercial properties.

```Duties```
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Operate ladders, to access windows at various heights
- Remove and replace screens, as needed
- Inspect windows for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor

```Skills```

- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results
- Physical stamina and ability to be comfortable on a ladder
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
