Job Description
Square One Landscape Group is a fast-growing, Baton Rouge, LA-based company that provides landscape services such as designing and maintaining outdoor living spaces and beautification of our clients homes and yards. We are looking for a Maintenance Team Member to join one of our crews completing maintenance services such as mowing, pruning, planting and mulching.
We are looking for a motivated team member with excellent communication skills and a good attitude.
Essential Duties:
- working on a team of two or more team members
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Operating vehicles as well as a variety of equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of laydown yard, truck and parking lot at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by crew lead
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- 1–2 years of horticultural field experience preferred
- A valid driver’s license preferred
- Working knowledge of standard construction and/or horticultural practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Benefits:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
