Squad Inventive Integrated LLC is Hiring an Independent Sales Representative Near Anaheim, CA
Squad Inventive is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to assist our team at an upcoming Convention. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our product to conference attendees, generating leads, and ultimately driving sales. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Learn and become proficient in demonstrating our product.
● Represent our company as an exhibitor at the convention.
● Engage with convention attendees to introduce and explain our digital solutions.
● Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
● Collect contact information from potential leads and document interactions for follow-up.
● Build and maintain relationships with attendees, exhibitors, and other stakeholders.
● Gather feedback and insights from attendees to help improve our marketing strategies.
● Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and other information as needed.
● Report daily activities and progress to the internal team.
● Maintain a professional appearance and positively represent the company.
● Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event representation.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Highly personable and able to build rapport quickly.
● Ability to work independently and stay focused in a busy environment.
● Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with large groups.
● Ability to work on-site throughout the event.
● Knowledge of digital solutions, software, or technology-related products is a plus.
● Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or experience selling to healthcare professionals is a plus.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to adapt to changing situations and think on your feet.
● Must be available to attend the Convention at Southern California on (June 19 - June 23, 2024)

This is a temporary, event-based role for the duration of the convention (June 19 - June 23, 2024)
