No experience necessary but a positive attitude, self motivation, eagerness to learn, and a truck or SUV is required. Must also be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs. Responsibilities: Generate New Business:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Regularly assess progress towards targets and adjust strategies as needed. Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about our construction services and products.

• Provide technical information and support as required. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the project management team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
