$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!!In this role, Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This position is year-round and is located at Biddeford High School.Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience. A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.Fee for Service positions have a minimum billing expectation of 4 hours per day. MaineCare reimbursement rates range from $58.20 - $75.02 per clinical hour for conditionally and independently licensed clinicians. Private insurance rates vary depending on payer and licensure. Staff meeting/Supervision/Training is paid at an additional competitive rate.Fee for Service clinicians will receive a weekly stipend for the first 6 weeks of employment while they grow their caseload.
