$4,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!!

This Finance position is responsible for the financial reporting requirements of contractual agreements with the Federal State and private funders. The schedule of work is Monday-Friday with the ability to be remote and the position pays $65,000 to $71,000 per year depending on experience.

This position also includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus, $2,000 paid upon 6 months of full-time employment, $2,000 paid after 1 year of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires.

DUTIES:

  • Responsible for writing and maintaining contracts.
  • Responsible for data analysis and reporting.
  • Preparation of various financial and statistical excel spreadsheets as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other appropriate, technical undergraduate degree with additional specialized training and/or applied knowledge in the areas of operational budgeting and variance analysis and financial statement preparation or demonstrated professional skills. Non-profit Grant experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years experience in a field related to administration of finances, financial accountability, and relationship management preferred. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
