The Café and Retail Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior F&B/Retail Manager in the day to day operations of the Pantry, Beanery, Toy & Candy, and Creemee Hut at Spruce Peak. These locations see high traffic during both winter and summer months, and are pivotal in multiple activations.

• • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3 years of Retail, restaurant, coffee shop or equivalent experience
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Act in compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 6 -10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30 lbs
