Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech

Job Type: Contract

Shift: 8 hours/Day (Day & Night) (both shifts available)

Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension

Guaranteed hours: 40hrs/week

Job Location: Providence Saint Patrick Hospital, Missoula, MT.

Salary: $1400 weekly-$1600 weekly (depends on experience)

Experience:

1 years of experience, We are looking for a meticulous sterile processing technician to be responsible for the sterilization and cleaning of medical equipment, instruments, and supplies.

Sterile Processing Tech Job Duties:

• Collecting used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting and decontamination.
• Manually cleaning supplies of contaminants, removing waste matter, and operating and maintaining decontamination equipment.
• Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
• Monitoring and operating sterilization equipment.
• Examining supplies meticulously to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Testing and reporting any issues or problems with the sterilization equipment.

Certificate & Licensure:

• Sterile Processing Tech
• BLS
• Covid & Flu Vaccination
