Sprinkle Pop is Hiring a B2B Sales Associate - SprinklePop - Custom Sprinkles and Dessert Decorations Near Houston, TX

SprinklePop is a manufacturer of premium, eye-catching decorations for cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts. We create custom and unique decorations on both a small and large scale to serve clients with multiple restaurant locations, large scale food manufacturers, and retail stores. Our strength is helping our business customers design customized beautiful treats for limited time offering promotions such as holidays or trendy themes. Our products have been featured on Good Morning America, Better Homes and Gardens, and Netflix’s “Nailed it.” We also have a direct to consumer product that we sell online and will be launching in a major craft store this October.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-motivated professional and strong desire to learn sales (or preferably a proven track record in sales). This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable engaging with clients in food service and food manufacturing settings, and who can effectively drive conversations to identify and meet the customer's decorating and business needs with our comprehensive portfolio of products.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Houston,TX area.

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in retail, restaurant and food manufacturing sectors.
  • Your role will be to understand and articulate the needs for custom confectionary decorations at a large scale and the positive business impact our product portfolio has on our customers.
  • You will drive new lead generation and expand the company’s footprint.
  • One of your tasks will be to employ a metrics-driven approach to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • You will be expected to attend industry conferences, workshops, and other networking events to promote our products and services.
  • One of your responsibilities will be to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

What will convince us:

  • You have experience working in a food service or manufacturing setting.
  • You possess a strong desire to learn sales or preferably a 1 years experience in outbound sales.
  • Willing and able to travel within the territory as needed.
