SpringWorks Therapeutics is looking for an Marketing Platform Service Delivery Lead.

This role is responsible for service delivery on any new IT related products as they pertain to our Marketing Platform. Marketing Platform Service Delivery Lead will be a key role within IT to technically lead deliveries on Marketing Platform.

This includes but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and integrations of SFMC platform with upstream and downstream applications like Marketing Websites, CRM, MDM, Data & Analytics platform etc.

Responsibilities Include Projects, Enhancements and Production support on SFMC* Coordination with Marketing Team, IT teams (Data, CRM, Digital) and vendor resources responsible for SaaS, content creation and production support* First point of escalation for Marketing Team for SFMC* Managing budget and forecasting licenses for Marketing Cloud, implementing best practices* Trusted inhouse technical advisor and SME for Marketing platform* Adherence to Service SLAs for Incidents and Service requests* Communicating delivery status to all stakeholders* Ensuring that SpringWorks SFMC instance is in sync with the latest platform features released by Salesforce.

com About You : Required Education, Skills, and Experience Bachelors Degree related discipline (data analytics, mathematics, statistics, etc)* 7 years experience in an analytical role in the pharma / life sciences industry* Knowledge of healthcare data sets and data brokers* Experience working in a collaborative environment supporting and teaching other team members* Advanced SQL expertise* Knowledge of at least one analytical programming language or platform (e.

g. R, Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks, ZEPL, Data Robot)* Deep analytical, planning and problem-solving skills* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and simultaneous, high-profile projects* Experience in a leadership position, including project management and team management* Proven ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong presentation skills* Must be a self-starter, proactive, and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience Education : Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Experience : 5 years of experience on development and management of SFMC platform.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience on SFMC administration and development.* At least 2 years of experience on integrating SFMC with the Marketing Websites, Web to Lead forms, Salesforce Cloud.
• Experience on SFMC integrations with Veeva CRM and REST API based integrations (Nice to have) License / Certificate : SFMC Admin certification is desirable Technical : Salesforce Marketing Cloud
