### Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our company, you will have the opportunity to drive business, find innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

### Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

- Represent Springtree Restoration with potential clients, guiding them through the sales and insurance process.

- Build a strong referral network to create future business opportunities.

- Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and be the first point of contact with property owners.

- Contact past customers to discuss new opportunities and provide assistance with their homes.

- Create satisfied customers, generate referrals, and encourage positive reviews for Springtree.

- Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships within the community.

- Continuously enhance your sales competency through professional development and training.

- Full Commission

### Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to work with minimal supervision after training.

- Upbeat positive attitude.

- Strong communication skills.

- Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps.

- High school or equivalent (Required).

- Ability to use ladders for inspections.

- Organized and able to follow processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
