Seeking to add to the Springs Armory Team with a Customer Service Specialist
PLEASE NOTE * THIS IS NOT A FIREARM SALES or GUNSMITHING POSITION*
Springs Armory provides exceptional customer service in helping individuals make the best choice for their 2nd Amendment needs. A CSS is an integral part of the daily function at Springs Armory, assisting all customers, processing daily paperwork, cash handling, store appearance and supportive of a team environment.
This position requires computer skills, attention to detail and lots of paperwork.
Responsibilities
Assist all customers following State and Federal guidelines.
Consistently offer quality customer service, greet everyone promptly.
Accurately process multiple mandatory forms.
Finalize transactions forms to include payment.
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and in person.
Demonstrate pride and ownership of their work while meeting expected deadlines.
Assist in all other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Must be able to legally own a firearm.
Familiar with firearms and willing to learn more about them as the industry changes frequently.
Critical thinking/Active listening
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Capacity to apply concepts of basic math, grammar & punctuation.
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong initiative for continuous improvement while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Exhibit dependability, honesty, and commitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
