We are currently hiring a qualified and energetic Shift Manager / C.N.A. Scheduler to join our team of talented caregivers.
We have two positions currently: Part Time - 1st and 2nd shift, Every Other Weekend.

This high-level role is a non-nursing administrative operation for the shift. Duties would include coordinating operations with other shifts, other departments and with senior management as outlined in the duties of the position.
The shift manager has responsibility and authority to direct shift operation within Springmoor policy and procedures. The shift manager is responsible for organizing the responsibilities of the position in a manner that assures consistency, reliability, staff responses and accountability.
Shift managers are accountable to the Administrator for assuring responsive service programs and highly effective public relations.
1. Administration of non-nursing duties of large staff.
2. Maintain daily job assignment, scheduling and staffing of 120 bed nursing home facility.
3. Work closely with administration and other department heads for continuity between shifts.
4. Responsible for time and attendance records.
5. Hires, trains, and supervises clinical secretaries.
6. Deals directly with RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in all areas of staffing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Some College preferred. High school diploma or GED
  • Certified CNA with NC DFS
  • Organization and Communication Skills are a must.
  • Includes every other weekend shift.
