We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean breakfast area.

Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pastries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in clearing tables and bussing dishes as guests finish their meals

Skills:
- Culinary skills for basic meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Experience in meat cutting is a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic kitchen knowledge for equipment operation
- Phone etiquette for taking guest inquiries or orders
