Salary range - $65,000-$75,000
Oversee the hotel housekeeping & maintenance teams
We are seeking an individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for leading others. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories by ensuring the hotel is clean and well maintained. You will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping, House Person, Laundry and Maintenance operations of the hotel.

What you will be doing:
- Recruiting, training and coordinating works schedules for assigned teams.
- Managing the physical building standards through preventative maintenance programs.
- Supporting and coaching the assigned teams on cleanliness, inventory and maintenance strategies.
