Description: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charleston Riverview is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel exceeds guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and policies
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations
• Manage and Ordering inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range: $48,000 - $50,000 annually
