Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with logic controllers and other automation systems is a plus
- Welding skills for metal fabrication and repair work
- Familiarity with using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
