We are a full-service family practice of dedicated, experienced physicians and providers who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your medical needs in all stages of life. Our physicians believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Position Requirements:

• Must be a Midlevel/Nurse Practitioner with a current license. 
• Active RN license required.
• Previous experience in Internal Medicine/Primary Care experience preferred.
• Position requires excellent clinical and administrative skills.
