We seek Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) for full or part-time positions in our Springfield, PA location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $117,000 to $143,100 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in psychology
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experienced with children or adolescents
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Experience with health psychology
