Springfield Medical Center, P.C. is seeking an energetic and friendly front desk coordinator and office administrator. This is a hybrid position for a small concierge/low volume medical practice. Position will be responsible for front desk operations as well as administrative tasks such as billing (insurance and patient), ordering supplies, and working closely with the physician.

We are a small concierge medical office, specializing in Internal Medicine and Pain Management. Our staff is limited, so members are all cross-trained in daily tasks related to the care of our patients to include; patient triage, history and physical charting, medical assisting in simple procedures and complete front desk operations (checking patients in, taking messages, verifying insurance, coordinating specialist referrals). The candidate should possess the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.

Hours: position is estimated at 32 hours per week, with some flexibility.

Experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. A positive and friendly attitude with a heavy focus on excellent patient care "customer service" is the biggest priority to us.
