Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients.
- Measure vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist with medical procedures as necessary.
- Record and report changes in the patient's physical condition, behavior, or appearance to supervising nurse.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift or move patients.

Premium skills including Epic, Critical care experience, Medical office experience, Assisted living, Nursing home experience, Hospital experience, Working with people with developmental disabilities, Alzheimers care, Memory care, and Phlebotomy are highly valued. Additionally, relevant skills in Cerner, Experience with children, eClinicalWorks, DME, and Behavioral health would be beneficial in this role. The Caregiver - CNA will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients while adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
