**Description**

HHHunt's Spring Arbor assisted living community is seeking a hard working, dependable, detail oriented, well groomed Housekeepers & Laundry Assistants with the knowledge of safety and sanitary rules and regulations to maintain the cleanliness of the house and positive environment for our residents. The ideal candidate must be able to work in an environment conducive to caring for senior residents without posing a safety or health threat to self or others and act as a team player.

*Spring Arbor of Cary is a new community opening later in the year.*

**Housekeeper Responsibilities**

* Clean, dust, vacuum, empty trash and wash windows in the resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in the community

**Laundry Assistant Responsibilities**

* Collect, clean and distribute residents linens in a timely, organized manner to ensure that residents laundry and linen needs are met

* Ensure linens and resident clothing are handled, processed and stored so as to control the spread of infection or disease
