ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, tracking
performance of assigned staff, and supporting continuous improvement related to FRSP service
delivery. The Case Manager Supervisor (s) works closely with the Program Manager to report and to
resolve complex issues and works with the assigned staff to ensure compliance of all FRSP protocols.
The Case Manager Supervisor shall work exclusively (40 hours per week) on the program and will have
at least four (4) direct reports.
A Case Manager Supervisor must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related
discipline or must be a licensed Social Worker or a Licensed Professional Counselor in DC and meet
the additional requirements listed. The Case Manager Supervisor must have professional knowledge
of the theories, principles, techniques, and practices ofsocial service delivery systems. They must also
have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing counseling and/or case
management services to individuals/families experiencing homelessness or other related populations.
In lieu of the education requirement, the Provider shall ensure the Case Manager Supervisor has
professional knowledge of the theories, principles, techniques, and practices of social service delivery
systems with a minimum of four (4) years of professional experience providing counseling and case
management services to individuals/families experiencing homelessness or other related populations.
Individuals with clinical experience and/or clinical licensure and lived experience preferred.

Other Requirements
-Must live in the DMV area
-Must be willing and able to conduct home visits with individuals and families
-Must be able to effectively supervise a team of Case Managers
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of DC’s Homeless Management Information System
Clinical experience and/or clinical licensure and lived experience preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate with community partners and DHS leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
