Location:
Spring Lake Park High School

Duties: Assist the Varsity Head Coach with all aspects of the Spring Lake Park Varsity Football program, including but not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and meets.; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. The primary focus of this position will be to work with the offensive line. Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.
Preferences: A BA/BS Degree and MN Teacher License with coaching certificate highly preferred.

Qualifications: A strong background in high school and/or college football competition as a participant and/or coach is required. Strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community. Previous experience as a player and/or coach preferred.
Salary: Compensation in accordance with Schedule C
