Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive wound care management to patients with acute and chronic wounds- Assess and document wound status, including size, depth, and appearance- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on patient needs- Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Educate patients and their families on proper wound care techniques- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse- Experience in providing specialized care for patients with dementia or special needs- Experience using electronic medical record systems, such as PointClickCare
