Position Title: Scheduling Coordinator/Recruiter
Position Summary: The dual role of part-time recruiter and scheduling coordinator will be responsible for posting open jobs, interviewing, on-boarding and hiring of caregivers and nurses; assisting with overseeing daily/weekly staffing activities and ongoing supervision of caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered per client care plans. Assist in overseeing recruitment and staffing process from start to finish; from orienting and hiring caregivers to the proper placement of that care staff to homes and facilities as well as ensuring care needs, staffing and scheduling needs are met on an ongoing basis. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, manage high telephone and email volume on a daily basis, ability to answer email and phone calls after office hours and other duties as necessary. Reports to the Director of Operations/Business Operations Manager.
