Now hiring a Part Time Maintenance Technician - Monday through Friday - 9AM-3PM

What you will be doing:

• Maintenances Assistant will assists and responds to maintenance work orders in the community in a timely manner.
• Uses the Maintenance Schedule to assist with continuous maintenance of all systems such as, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Assists with room turn around and updates.
• Assists with housekeeping duties.
• Ensures outside grounds are clean and free from debris, including porch areas and courtyards.
• Assists in the improvement and repair of general building and grounds.
• Follows daily work plan outlined by supervisor.
• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.

What we require for this role:

• General knowledge of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Experience with TELS is strongly preferred.
