Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Canvasser. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in our efforts. You will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our cause, and gathering support for our cause. Duties:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with the community and promote our cause
- Clearly communicate our causes platform and conduct a survey to potential supporters
- Collect valuable data and feedback from the community to help keep us informed
- Assist with organizing and attending team events
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective canvassing techniques
- Maintain accurate records of door-to-door interactions and data collected

Experience:
- Previous experience in electioneering, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse communities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and community landscape are advantageous
- Experience in fundraising or supervising volunteers is beneficial
