Position Summary for Laundry Attendant: Seeking positive, service-oriented, energetic and self-motivated Laundry Attendants to join our team. Must be friendly, passionate, hard working, and have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collects all linen from laundry shoot and assists housekeepers in collecting all of linen from rooms etc. in order to maintain a clean, presentable and attractive facility at all times.
• Washes all linen daily, loading washers and dryers, sorting, folding and stocking linen closets on all floors of the hotel
• Assisting with housekeeping/public spaces as time permits along with added duties as required by Executive Housekeeper or GM
• Secures and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies at all times in order to protect and preserve hotel property.

Job Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of general laundry principles, use of cleaning products and operation of standard laundry equipment.
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends/weekdays and holidays.
• Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Previous Hotel Housekeeping experience considered
