We’re looking for a new team member to grow our business through marketing and events. Marketing, planning and organizing events is an art that requires precision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. We aim to create unforgettable experiences for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Marketing Plans and strategies for the venue, events and classes
• Reaching out to organizations to coordinate field trips and corporate events
• Planning and budgeting events and classes
• Coordinating with Instructors for classes
• Designing the look and feel of the events
• Purchasing decor and supplies for events and classes
• Scheduling Vendors for food, beer and face painting etc.
• Engaging and working with the Operations Manager to ensure success
• Ensuring the very best Guest experience for all events
• Working with marketing specialist to drive sales
• Think outside the box to create exceptional experiences

Qualifications:

• Must work well in team environment
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of Marketing skills
• Proven track record of Management skills
• Proven track record of event planning
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable of learning new tasks quickly
