Painter/Assistant Team Leader

Have a passion for helping people fall in love with their homes all over again. Know your way around tools or a spray gun? Have a desire to be outside or inside during Nashville winters? The Spray-Net Painter/Assistant Team Leader is a key member of the production team. This role is primarily focused on creating and delivering Spray-Net transformation differentiation.

• Spray application painting using specialized equipment.
• Prep all surfaces for painting including taping, sanding, caulking, and making minor repairs.
• Exterior painting and interior painting of kitchen cabinets and trim.
• Maintain job-site quality control.
• Monitor tool and equipment maintenance needs.
• Take daily parts and supplies inventory.
• Abide by Spray-Net production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Pride in your work and strong attention to detail

• Drive to help clients feel happy and satisfied.
• Flexibility working days & weekends.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Experience working on a painting crew (preferred).
• Skilled with common hand and power tools
• Complete Spray-Net online and on-site training program.
• Valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
