Assistant Painter/Field Technician

Have a passion for helping people fall in love with their homes all over again. Know your way around tools or a spray gun? Have a desire to be outside or inside during Nashville winters? The Spray-Net Assistant Painter/Field Technician is a vital member of the production team. This role is focused on supporting Spray-Net Painters to operate as efficiently as possible.

• Assist painters in production.
• Prep all surfaces for painting including taping, sanding, caulking and making minor repairs.
• Protect customers landscaping, walkways and other belongings outside.
• Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures from damage inside the home.
• Help to maintain tools and equipment.
• Notifies Team Lead of needed supplies.
• Help clean-up the site at the end of the day.
• Abide by Spray-Net production standards.

Qualifications

• Pride in your work and strong attention to detail

• Drive to help clients feel happy and satisfied.
• Flexibility working day & weekends.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Experience working on a painting crew (preferred).
• Ability to lift and move a ladder
• Familiar with common hand and power tools.
• Complete Spray-Net online and on-site training program
• Valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
