Our Associate Risk Analyst is responsible for the daily mark to market of the Refined Products (RP) Supply portfolio, the daily processing of the RP Supply PnL (profit and loss) reports, the end of day tie out of expected results with the trading desk, the daily reconciliation of financial trading positions to broker statements, and daily risk limit compliance reporting. Our Associate Risk Analyst will interact with the RP Risk Analyst to ensure all daily and month end requirements are completed.
Our ideal candidate has an accounting/financial background with strong computer skills who enjoys analyzing data and reconciling variances. The job requires heavy usage of excel spreadsheets with pivot tables as well as VBA macros. This position is also expected to support the Nat Gas Middle Office team as needed.
